Updating Library information

The best use of NILDE Best practice Librarians

To guarantee the proper functioning of the Network, it is essential to update own library catalogues and contact details, to be sure that anyone can contact you without delay.

Therefore, it is important to update library details (information regarding the library, its name, phone and email, the name of the responsible of the service...).

How to do it? It is very simple! After you log in, click on the arrow on the left of “Welcome Library”, located at the top of the screen. Hence, three boxes appear:

My account

My catalogs

My service

To modify the corresponding details,j ust click on “Edit” in each box. Remember that in the box “My service”, information concerning the “Modes of service to the Nilde Libraries” can be modified only during renewal or new subscription.
